Battle of the Pelennor Fields

 / Battle of the Pelennor
   The Siege and Defence of Minas Tirith.
   The assault by Sauron on Minas Tirith late in the War of the Ring, led by the Lord of the Nazgûl. With the aid of the Rohirrim and the Dúnedain of the North, guided by Gandalf, the armies of Gondor held the citadel and defeated Sauron's forces.
